Affordable Art Fair Sydney, Part 2

I thought I would share a little more of the detail of “Evenfall on Bridge.” This artwork undergoes a notable transformation, beginning as a mess of marks in monotone and evolving into a chaotic yet vibrant arrangement of colour. The initial stage is characterised by a compact composition in a single tone, which, despite its disorder, imparts a sense of uniformity. As the piece develops, colour is gradually introduced, and the arrangement grows more complex. This progression not only enhances the visual interest but also retains the energetic and expressive qualities inherent in the original marks. The shift from simplicity to vibrancy illustrates how the addition of colour adds depth and dynamism, enriching the work while preserving its distinct character.
